RULES ABOUT DONATIONS
A requirement is that Protect and Prosper New Zealand maintains accurate donor
records, including the names and addresses of donors.
A New Zealand citizen or legally registered New Zealand voter, company or
organisation can donate up to $5,000 per calendar year to Protect and Prosper New
Zealand!without publicly disclosing their details. The financial year is the calendar year
running from the 1st January 2023 to 31 December 2023.!
Protect and Prosper New Zealand is obligated to maintain accurate donor records with
the name and address of each donor. All details are kept confidential and only used to
meet the regulations detailed in the Electoral Act. Should the donation exceed $5,000
then your name and the donation amount must be publicly disclosed.
